The clever athletes adopted a countermeasure that they usually did exercises slowly few weeks before the race. Then, when his coach started to make him have a strict training, he had already been very strong and could do any exercise at any time.

If you wanted to absorb the nutrients, a convenient was to eat more livers and vegetables of which leaves were dark green. It was also very significant for girls to adhere to proper eating habits. He recently wrote that like all the parents knew, these young people seemed to eat constantly. Many of them were at puberty. If we did not let them eat the food four hours before the game, my impression was that they would begin to feel extreme fatigue or lose the coordination of organ at the second half of the race. For these young people, it was too long not to eat food in six hours.

I thought many circumstances varied from person to person. It would probably a reliable sign that a young athlete would be weak and tired if he did not eat food in four hours. This indicated that he needed to eat food often, as for the circumstances in the running, after testing in person, you would get the answer even you did not find in the most authoritative medical literature.
